Beyond Reformer (Solo and Duo)

We use reformer, cadillac, wunda chair, arm chair barrel, saddle and other equipments to deliver the best program fully adapted to your needs.

Working with apparatus helps to challenge a specific muscle or group of muscles, through a wide array of exercise to use muscles to stabilize the movement and muscles that produce the movement.

Pilates Mat (Group)

With the mat we work with the help of gravity and against gravity, mainly with your own body weight.

We can focus on a specific muscle or on a group of muscles, depending on the complexity of the movement pattern and changing position during the exercise.

Pilates Reformer (Group)

We concentrate our work on the most famous Pilates apparatus : the Reformer! which offers a wide diversity of exercices to go into deep work.

Combo Pilates (Group)

A circuit training offers both Reformer and a mat work in one class.

Following BASI block system, clients will ‘move’ through the same muscle group exercises in a ‘half-half’ way; on the equipment and on the mat - after each muscle group they will change places.

Yoga (Group)

We approach Yoga as posture-based physical fitness, stress-relief and relaxation technique, and concentrate on physical exercise and balance work.

Stretching (Group)

Extension and flexion objectives are at the core of the stretching workouts, through muscles and tendons stretching. Use of breathing techniques and small equipments for quality exercises.

Good for injury prevention as much as for relaxation and wellness.

Yogalates (Group)

We combine yoga postures, pilates exercises and breathing techniques.
